A night where a long-time wish gets granted... or not?
This wish, belonging to a girl who doesn't yearn for a bright future, but for a beautiful demise. A girl who smiles at nothing but only at the prospect of death. This girl I know, entertaining various scenarios of suicide, finally decides upon a scene.
"...and I had no choice but to tag along, for she was my Everything."
What is the girl's preferred method of quitting life, and how will it end up? May you read and find out... and perhaps, even remember an important message by the end.
I wasn't sure whether I'd participate in this contest or not, but once I realized this was my only chance to write about suicide, something that I have always wanted to include in my art, but didn't know how to—I decided to grab it, even if it were the last day, and I was dealing with a throbbing headache.
The end result may not be to everyone's liking, but I am personally happy that I did my best despite the circumstances, bringing forward a story that has some elements that are quite personal to me.
The cover art also belongs to me... which was drawn under the staggering effects of a migraine, but hey, it exists now.
