Through the foggy haze of sleep, Nina focused her eyes onto a grey door, trying to shake off the remaining fuzz in her brain. When she realised where she was- more importantly, who she was with- everything made sense in the worst way possible. 

She tries to get her footing and rebuild her life from that point forward, but it's more difficult than she expected. With challenges getting thrown in her way constantly, she just has to do the one thing she can: survive. 

This book is close to my heart. The characters get through things, not in the most pretty way possible, but in a way that allows them to survive. There are tears, twists, and turns.
