Taking place on an alternative reality version of earth where multiple power systems exist. The people of the universe are scared of the humans of earth due to their ability to develop supernatural powers that have the potential to eradicate planets. The people who have developed special abilities have gather together in schools to learn about themselves and how to deal with themselves in relation to the rest of the world. The leader of one of the seven counties, in which the story takes place in is killed for siding with these superpowered humans and wanting to develop their powers more and his children are scattered across the universe promising one day to return to each other. His youngest son attends a superpower university in order to become a prominent figure and redeem his father's name. Another boy who is our primary protagonist has no aspirations in life choses to attend the same school in order to find purpose in his life. This purpose may come in is new found family.
