The year is 1997. The age of the internet's birth, pop culture, entertainment, technology... and monsters!? William Korspole, a newbie journalist at a news agency, sets to uncover the mystery behind a series of disappearances in Crater City, which seem to be somehow linked with prophecies of the emergence of something called a Shinsakimon. He comes into contact with Liahan Beiker, agent of an organisation that goes the code name "P.R.E.C.I.P.I.C.E." and they seek answers together in a world that's seemingly riddled with supernatural beings known as the Corroded, which seem to survive by preying on humans. Yet not a human soul is aware of this ongoing apocalypse and continues to live their life as usual???
