Taking place in 1800s Japan, this story is about the boy Yoshitaro alongside his two brothers, Suejiro and Kichiji, on their journey of discovering who or what they truly are. Armed with their blades and teachings from their master, Tosaku, they embark on an adventure that will shape who they become.
They'll meet a wide array of people, encounter and fight against the perils, and eventually unravel the threads of their real identities.
The story is roughly based on Kikuchi Kan's work "The Madman on the roof".
