When five childhood friends are kidnapped by an eldritch entity and brought to a modern-day fantasy world, it does so by making them assume their childhood power fantasy personas—superpowered individuals with unique quirks from a bygone childish game of pretend.
Then the entity spoke:
"I am the Black Heart, and thou shalt kill me, lest be eternally bound to this world."
With overwhelming reluctance and little to lose, the reunited friends set to establish their good old and, most importantly, no longer imaginary special ops agency, which they inexplicably called 'DSQ', and set to destroy the entity's body and be done with it. Little do they know the entity could be behind every corruption scheme and a secret society in this new world, and these evil-doers are not happy with the 'DSQ' trampling on the status quo.
Long ago, five friends gathered and played in this chaotic world, with the single purpose of having fun—and fun they had.
