Jay lost Shin who became a rogue and was eliminated by the HUNTERs: fighters who find and eliminate ROGUEs: robots, cyborgs, animoids who malfunction. But when 10 years later he found a cyborg who had looked exactly like his dead brother, things took a turn as he knew that even if it looked his brother, it was not him but someone, or something, completely different, controlled by a mysterious master.
