Yukio Miyamoto, a 16 years old student from Hanagasaku gets transported into a world made up of a person's imagination. With the only way to be free from this dream world is to obtain 20 Permissions from different bosses while encountering various adversaries and allies along the way with some snippets of life in the real world. Even though being finally free from the dream world once and for all means embarking on an a long adventure, it's something Yukio and his friends are willing to do.
