In a future ruled by blades and bows, Enforcement Officer Mika Shinkawa's life takes a dangerous turn when she discovers plans for a weapon deemed impossible—a 'firearm.'

Uncovering the global conspiracy behind its creation, she joins forces with Agent Ray Stoner, leader of Interpol Unit 7, to thwart the rebel group Accel Order and their plot to overthrow the World Council, the sole ruling force maintaining global peace.
