Miu, a lonely high school girl, buys a magic marker from a mysterious old woman with the promise that anything she draws will come to life. However, there is one problem. She cannot draw at all.

Instead of riches or power, she clumsily sketches a small black doodle, longing for companionship.

The next morning, the doodle appears. He moves, he talks, but in a language Miu has never heard before. Clumsy and always following her, he turns her life into a complete mess.
