Hasegawa Kenji, a Japanese warship designer, is transported to a parallel world, with a similar political situation to Interwar Earth, however, there are several differences. The women who share the names of historical warships, the endless oceans, the legacy left behind by the builders, and the mysterious figure who pulls the strings from the shadows. What is to become of this world, now that a peace lasting a hundred years has been violently shattered?
