I knew even before Slow began that I would love his new story. Music and Metap remains one of my favourite stories on HF but man does this one challenge that. First off why I love both of Slows work is the way in which he crafts feelings and can toy with your emotions. I was crying and laughing and sometimes both at the same time. If that was the only reason I would recommend this series, I would end it there with a good anime, because this is indeed worth of being called ‘good anime’. But I really want to acknowledge how original the story is. The ways in which he brings in African culture is just amazing and authentic. It’s so original and so groundbreaking it honestly deserves a manga. I don’t say that lightly.

Does this story contain pre established romance, yes! does it contain boundaries that need crossing? absolutely! is it original? Hell yes. Is it well written? Yep. Dare I say, this is not just a good anime, it is a great anime.
