Having just recently obtained her Thief Class Stone, Marika has been slowly making hits against different groups to make money. Gaining experience with each successful hit and prizes she sells, she has managed to get to level 4, but she is still too weak to deal with the different criminal groups of the city she lives in, and must more often than not seek help or run away to safety.

But one day, she inadvertently steals from a notorious group that just joined the most dangerous criminal organization in the country, the Syndicate. Surrounded and in danger, she finds herself on the nice side of lady luck as a mysterious gunslinger appears and helps her.

But little did she know that meeting the mysterious man would lead her to travel further the city limits, and that she is holding in her hands the secret to the plans of the Syndicate.
