Cyan Fresh was the rival. She became the Capmon Champion for just an hour before her upstart, lucky friend crushed her dreams. She lives with her grandfather, the Capmon Professor, bored, until she trips off a cliff and dies... only to wake up as a weak Capmon, herself. Captured by a Capmon Trainer with none of Cyan's skill or experience, she quickly becomes frustrated with the human. Without anything else to do, Cyan decides to teach the newbie until this kid can defeat her own old rival and become the Capmon Champion.
