As he prepares for the end of the world at his own hands. As he gathers magic power through innovative methods only such an esteemed drug addict could conjure.

This is attempting to be a subversion of the typical isekai tropes. In most stories involving isekai, the protagonist is generally a loser who has failed in life by all societal standards - lonely, unsuccessful, depressed. The new world represents a second chance for them - they become more outgoing, better people, powerful, achieve success.
But what would Hitler do? What would the worst person do, when given this legendary second chance? That's the idea here. What does a second chance look like for people who never deserved one. There is no intent here to glorify the actions of these horrible dictators, and I will do my best to avoid doing so.
