What if you woke up in someone else’s body—and they expected you to play along?
Jason Carter had it all: star quarterback, campus royalty, a future written in headlines. Then one night, a mysterious drink and a girl he can’t remember upend everything. He wakes up not hungover—but transformed.
Now Jess, she must navigate a world that sees her as a stranger, even as echoes of Jason still haunt her mind. But the truth behind her transformation runs deeper than magic or science—it’s tied to a buried conspiracy, a forgotten experiment, and a name whispered only in shadows.
A gripping blend of mystery, identity, and slow-burn suspense, Dominion Protocol: The Awakening asks what we become when everything we were is erased—and someone else decides who we’ll be.

On the surface, this story touches some transgender issues. I hope that I have treated them respectfully. However ultimately, that is not the focus of the story. The Dominion Protocol is about the idea of self. Who are, what defines us. What role does our memories and our actions play. What if our memories were not our own. It borrows a lot from the great existential writers of the early 20th century.
It is not a story about being saved, but rather discovering who you are and dealing with it in the best way you can
