Short, Whimsical, and Cute

This was an enchantingly playful tale that had me captivated for the short time it took to read. It's like a fairy tale in the best sense of the word. The setting was magical, the word choices and tone were delightful, and the environment was as fickle, eccentric, and shifting as some of the characters.

I don't have too much to criticize. While at certain times, word choices could meander into the territory of flowery language, I feel that it was probably intended for the writing style. The only other thing of note besides some tiny polishing potential was that I felt the ending could've lingered for just a while longer. It felt the tiniest bit quick and I would've liked to see a sliver more.

All in all though, when judging this purely off the tone I believe it to be striving for (a short, sweet, and playful fairy tale), I think this was a lovely story that achieved what it wanted! I'd rate it a 4.5+/5 for its charm and execution! 🥰
