Hazel is not of the world she is in. Over the years she has built a name as a strong and reliable hunter of the rogue supernatural. By doing so, her town Bellamy and any many others can live in harmony with the many species occupying this world called Pelitos.

Over the generations the bloodlines of the hunters have dwinded along with thinned genetics. Meaning hunters are not as strong as they once were. Hazel has mentored a few young local girls over the years before sending them off on their way. Little does she know, those ones where the easy ones to train. Hazel is now tasked with training an original hunter.
