An ancient monster is approaching to wipe out the continent of Imperia. The Adventurer Guild puts together a makeshift party to meet and defeat the threat. Unfortunately, their whole plan relies on a curmudgeonly, retired explorer who seems determined to turn down the mission at all costs.
