If I were to sum up this book in one sentence, it would be “this one has it all”. Like, quite literally, even. What started out as a standard isekai premise (long title and everything) ended up being kinda a mish-mash of a lot of different genres and plotlines: there’s action, some romance (BL as well, a unique one), some adventure thriller, sports elements? Going through the whole 60 chapters you can never really expect what to, well, expect from this story.
But I feel like that’s why it’s a bit less than the sum of its parts. The arcs and scenes are kind of separated, and while it does create a short and fun read each time there isn’t exactly anything *too* memorable overall. The Genie/Kairo dynamics is prob a prime example for this, as while I do think that towards the end it’s a cute moment, the things that led up to it left a bit to be desired.
Overall though, it’s an enjoyable read. A bit “brainless” I would say xD, but as per a lot of works in the isekai genre (not a dig tho trust), fun is a pretty big factor
