A rugged man from the Old West was brought in during the summoning ritual. Forsaking protocol, he defied the people’s expectations of him and instead decided to move on his own.
The Bounty Hunter, Richard Wolf, would go into this new world without a hint of surprise, no sense of wonder and absolutely no fear. For him, its just another job.
The reason? He has been summoned to 999 worlds so far. This would be his one thousand world.
His mission? To kill one thousand Demon Lords to achieve his long desired goal.
An homage of the sacrifices and the struggles of the Isekai-ed Heroes whenever they are summoned to another world and the challenges faced by those who aren’t ready for a rough-talking, no-nonsense, gun-slinging, chain-smoking Bounty Hunter.
This Isekai story was written with the idea of questioning and give commentary on the difficulties that some "isekai-ed" main characters may encounter when they're actually placed in a difficult situation with no way of going back home.
This will also touch on themes that might be a bit uncomfortable for some, so I apologize if some chapters might be unpleasant for some. Some of the topics discussed are: immortality, the monotony of life, healing from scars both physical and mental, redemption and finding one's true family despite not sharing blood.
I've spent several years adding a few lines and ideas into this story which I hope will be a good experience for you all.
