Alice in Wonderland meets Dark Souls. 
A nameless twelve-year-old deaf girl is brought to the hospital, burnt to a crisp, her body fused to the point where she can only move one eye. 
Tagged 'Hanako Yamada' by staff, she is teleported to the dark medieval world of Perdita, with a brand new body and surrounded by monsters, including one that can use shadows to move around.
To return home, she must learn to fight, to survive, to battle the nightmare horrors that populate the world.
