Set in a post-apocalyptic underground world, where never-ending darkness blackened the world, apathy and depression left unchecked, and undeath runs rampant, a group of specialized people call themselves Torchbearers, are the only things people can hope for. They guide people to the right way, carry messages, and protect those who cannot protect themselves.

This is the story of Ann, the newly minted Torchbearer, together with group of troubled companions, attempt to make a mark to this world, for better or worse.
