Toki is a scientist who is working on his Teleportation device in a distant, futuristic era. Toma, the protagonist, is his best friend who is helping him with it. Toma gets teleported to another world due to the accidental activation of the machine.

Now, Toma is in a world with a different language that he can't understand, magic that he wants to learn, and a classic medieval isekai world, and his objective is to find a way back to his home world.
