An exceptional Sci-fi RPG isekai!

This RPG isekai world is probably one of the best I have seen! The author put in a lot of effort to create unique yet challenging cyberpunk dungeons and enemies that challenge Kyou and players. Kyou's personality was well explored throughout the game and during various boss battles that reflected his past with his grandfather and various experiences with Ayane that built upon his character.

Each boss battle offered something new, and some had levels of sentience to their existence and loyalty to GOD 404, which seemed to increase through the higher floors. Loved how the NPCs and even a few of the sentient bosses had their own characters, making them not just bosses or NPCs, but characters along with the players. Also, I loved how GOD 404 was displayed as an intelligent villain who deliberately pulled strings throughout to ensure the players' defeat, and even redesigned floors that resorted to not just sending random hordes of enemies, but psychological warfare to mentally break the players, too.

Of course, with the vast worldbuilding, it's sometimes difficult to follow with all the players' tabs and different skills. I would often forget what Ethercode or core meant, or what weapons and skills were used. Also, there were quite a lot of named side characters I tend to easily forget, and I would even forget what their weapons were.

But despite that, I could tell this author did an exceptional job in making good characters, creating a decent MC with a personality the readers feel for (unlike blank-slate OP Kirito) from SAO, and building a cyberpunk RPG that was challenging in different ways. Sometimes, in RPGs, people would think of just slicing and smashing everything in their path like Kirito from SAO, but in ACO, there were so many cases where some strategy is needed, and even skills to solve puzzles and odd quests are needed! I truly commend this author for his work, and it definitely trumps SAO in character-building and worldbuilding. Give it a read if you liked RPG isekais similar to SAO!
