Yuushin was a slave to his family's traditions his entire life. At the first chance he gets, he chooses freedom and starts working with his true passion; art and fantasy.
Instead of finishing the new animation's deadline, Yuushin gets transported into an unknown world, alongside many others—right into a forest crawling with bloodthirsty creatures that take no time at all to turn a thousand humans into the double digits.
Yuushin almost dies three times in the span of a few hours, forcing him to rely on the Martial Arts he abandoned, and the powers awakening in him; Soulchant and Soma.
While adjusting to this new life, Yuushin's challenging endeavor of going home turns into a reckless gamble with fate when he defies the forces that rule this world.

On a more (serious) detailed note, this is a story about perseverance and hope. About fighting to reach the light even when the surrounding world is bleak and cruel. At its core, it's a fantasy novel with some dark elements and themes, finding comfort in the warmth of themes like found family and never giving up. A story where the dynamics and journeys of the characters are its true focus and heart.
