Delphoscere, the grand city of Knowledge, is said to rest at the center of the world, bringing all of its history and magic together in one place. At its center lies the University of Saionia, the world's foremost in magical and technological research. It's said this mythological city can even grant a person's deepest wish.

Neia Samsa is set to attend the University of Saionia, but is first required to meet their fellow students in the Merchant city of Lycynal. What at first is supposed to be a simple meeting becomes a dangerous test as Monsters, Dragons, Gods, and a dark plot all stand in their way of reaching the grand city, and fulfilling their desires.
