It is the year 2031. Crime has run rampant in the city of Tokyo, Japan. Violence murders has almost reigned supreme, and the constant rise of Mob Wars and Crime Family has almost become too difficult for even the police to handle. That is, until, an unexpected miracle occurred when a group of Firefighters and some active police officers on the scene discovered a group of 6 Elf Girls from another world being led out of the fire, along with two children in tow. Upon being taken in by the local police, these 6 mighty elf warriors will use their infinite mystical abilities and knowledge of extensive martial arts training and special police tactics and other useful techniques to become the most elite police that the world has ever known! The question is: Will the world be ready for them? Will the criminal underworld be ready for them? And more importantly, will these 6 Elf warriors be ready for this new world as a whole?
