When two young teachers move into the same apartment for convenience, they never expect to become the subject of whispers in the teachers' lounge—or their own hearts.

Aya Kurozawa, the cool and confident PE teacher, is admired by everyone: the girls gush about her charm, the boys call her “Coach Queen,” and even the other teachers envy her charisma. Aya plays it cool, hiding a soft spot behind her toned arms and casual smirks.

Then there’s Haru Takamine, the new Social Studies teacher—kind-hearted, clumsy, and way too pure for her own good. Her first job out of college and her first time living away from her family, Haru is earnest, sweet… and absolutely hopeless at cooking. Also, her assets often cause awkward situations she never intends.

They start as best friends, supporting each other through lesson plans and grading papers late at night. But as they share breakfasts in pajamas, laugh over burnt toast, and comfort each other after rough days, something changes.
