During his daily commute to school, Rei spots a mysterious phone left behind on the train. Upon inspecting the device, he discovers a girl named Inertia trapped in a new world, with her every move streamed live through an app called the Live App. What begins as a simple lost-and-found moment quickly takes a surreal turn.
