She wanders through the dead megacity of Kaiyn, a labyrinth of decaying brutalist towers and impossible geometry, built atop the corpse of a fallen Threshold God. Her only companion is Dead Spring, an umbrella crafted from bone and membrane — a relic that remembers what she tries to forget.

As she searches for meaning across the ruined remnants of civilization, Hiyoru begins to uncover memories that aren’t hers — or perhaps were, before she began to lie to herself.
