I was the daughter of neglectful parents. But neglectful might be an understatement. Despite that, I must say that I was quite a diligent girl in my studies. For my future was in my own hands alone, no help from family.

Tired from school and doing my homework, I couldn’t help but fall asleep during my study session. However, when I opened my eyes, I found myself in a different place. The room was filled with creepy puppets. And I realized I was in a different body, a pretty one.

I learned I was a princess.

Now, I live a different life than before. A princess of a kingdom, the youngest among the royal children, and a person who controls puppets. My new family is decent. They are quite loving. However, that belief was short-lived.

I discovered that my family is planning to sacrifice me, to offer my life. To survive, I can’t let them have their way. Before that time comes, I must escape this household.

And here I thought I’d finally get a nice family… Just my luck, huh?
