Joel, a young man who fights every day to maintain his family, one day witness the impossible: time stops and, suddenly, he is dragged to another world together with a group of strangers. Soon he discovers that nothing is what it looks. That place is not a paradise of magic and adventures, but a hell full of monsters, dangers and people willing to do anything to survive… even if it means at the cost of others.

But Joel will not be totally alone. After helping, almost by accident, an annoying and proud fairy, she decides to follow him —not by kindness, but, in her own words— “so this useless human doesn’t die too fast.” Together they will have to make their way in a savage world, using tricks, lies and even scams to get what they need. Joel doesn’t look for glory or to save the world: he only wants to go back home… and avoid that others suffer the same fate.
