High school senior Koji Hagane is whisked away to the city of Behalan, where any and all magic is outlawed. When Koji discovers that he has suddenly awakened abilities that seem to be beyond magic, he becomes embroiled in a thirteen year old struggle against the forces of the arcane that will challenge what he believes and who to trust. He will have to choose what to use his newfound powers for, and who to side with in the war on magic.
