Hazel is a girl not from this world but has been here for a short while. Her mentor Heather (who is also a school teacher) signs her up for highschool against Hazel's wishes. I mean why go to school when you can make money hunting the supernatural outside the city gates?

Hazel is back again! This time it's a flashback of highschool. Gasp! You got that from the title. Any who, Hazel is an OG character for me. She came to life a year ago in an October challenge and has been a favorite to myself (and maybe one other person out there). This time setting technically takes place before all the other Hazel books or books that reference her. This time (for the sake of someone's name that starts with an M) there shouldn't be any references from the other books 🤣 I wonder how much highschool cringe I can fit in this one. I hope you enjoy!
