The story follows Mizuki, a skilled 16-year-old demon hunter with unique silver and gold hair, who was raised by her demon-hunting grandparents after her parents were killed by a demon. Her life takes a turn when she reunites with her childhood friends: Kizawa, a powerful dual-wielding swordsman, and Erima, a cunning master archer.

As the original trio begins hunting demons together again, they cross paths with two new, eccentric individuals. First, they meet Yogawa, a grumpy magician who has a deep-seated hatred for all demons. Soon after, they encounter Hachiro, a cheerful and surprisingly strong brawler who is completely obsessed with studying demons. The story details the formation of this unlikely team of five, blending their unique fighting styles and clashing personalities as they come together to face down demonic threats.
