Majutsushi—a walled-off city off of the coast of Tokyo and a prison for magic users. Home to six clans fighting for control of the city, Ryugi Igarashi is the prime mage for the Inazuma—a gang specializing in electricity. Things get complicated when a mage from the Hyoga clan defects and asks for help with a mission: get two kids out of Majutsushi and back into Japan. The hot-headed mage agrees to save the children, but this one decision starts a war that could change the four's lives forever.
