[Urban Fantasy] It begins...!

This is one of my first times really going full force on an idea I've had for a story. I often circle them like a vulture until I decide to give up.

This story is a little bit about that, or at least it will be in some single, solitary strand or vein. It's about a guy and gal who have devoted a good amount of their time to something that's gotten them nowhere, and now they're cursed with the results of their devotion. Where do you go from there? is there anywhere else to go?

The past likes to stay relevant in our lives despite best interest. The burning events in our lives we circle over again and again like crows, I want to get to the bottom of how one can get over it.

Oh, and I hope the touch and go sardonic atmosphere is appealing as well. Thank you for having me 🙏
