Naomi Matsumoto. A 20-year, old college student who appears to be polite, quiet, and is forgettable to everyone around her.
At night, however, she lives a completely different life in a neon lit city dominated by technology and corruption.

After her brother, Itsuki was killed and his death was dismissed as an accident, Naomi learns that the truth was buried by the people involved in the accident.
Refusing to accept this, she declares her own war against those responsible for it. Every night, she hunts down and kills the corrupt individuals who helped erase her brother and helped build the digital system that protects them.

Naomi knows how she appears to others, unstable and insane but she no longer cares about it. She tried living normally in a world that values data over people and found it meaningless.
Consumed by vengeance, she embraces it completely, determined to confront the man who murdered her brother and make him face the consequences of what he created.
