In a world where most of the population has abandoned the physical world for a virtual one, Mari Clair struggles to create a place filled with love, a "home." In her endeavor, she searches desperately for somewhere that still fosters such love. Mari finds herself at the Glacegold shopping district, where she discovers something greater than what she hoped. As she learns more about the district and its eccentric residents, the distorted world begins to look a bit brighter.
