Hadassah Kawaguchi is a newly hired Mecha Cadet working for Fujin-Oya Corp., responsible for keeping Tuntun Nippon (New Japan) safe from extraterrestrial threats. As the newest Cadet, Hadassah, an eighteen-year-old woman from the small beach-town of Obama-isha, must prove herself worthy of being crowned a Star Officer (the second highest rank below Captain). However, with her criminal history haunting her, Hadassah will do all it takes to become a newer version of herself, one that will make her parents proud of her.
