Seki can inhale carbon in any form. He's using this ability in his job as a fire fighter. His job has gotten harder recently as there is a serial arsonist on the loose. They aren't targeting any buildings important to companies or government. Their targets are almost exclusively building complexes. To stop the arsonist he joins a secret fellowship of people also after the arsonist.
