Japanese high school student Kanji Okimoto visits his friend Otaro for a gaming afternoon. However, Kanji spots a hidden pattern in the horror video game Sollen Song, which pulls him into a threat beyond the screen. Kanji is joined by his class president Yuki Hatanaka on a journey to recover a mysterious object, which quickly turns into something much bigger than either of them expected.
