As an international terrorist cell made up of vampires and their sympathizers retreats from an extensive blow to their network, the CIA tracks them down the Japanese mainland. With other missions to deal with, favors are called in to test two new assets to see if they're up to the task. Now a Catholic priest and a Salem witch must assist their CIA handler in hunting down the vampires before they can enact their grand plan to become the dominant force on the planet.
