In a world where fantastic creatures and mythical beings were thought to be superstition, the aftermath of World War 1 saw that humanity could no longer ignore these beings, and vice versa. As an international terrorist cell made up of vampires and their sympathizers retreats from an extensive blow to their network, the CIA tracks them down the Japanese mainland.
