2031. Tokyo has turned from a broken city into a battlefield.

A mysterious app known as The Demon App can allow anyone to summon supernatural beings and wield power beyond human limits. For the first time, countless people have the ability to strike back at the world that has abandoned them.

In response to the rising chaos, the government has created the Special Security Unit, an elite force that uses the same technology to hunt down these "Ghosts."

Among them is Naoki Nakajima, a high school student and powerful demon summoner. He believes he's fighting terrorists, but as the violence escalates, the lines between justice and tyranny begin to blur.
