Well written believable characters. I became invested in the characters and keep reading to see how it ended. At around 50,000 words it was a good length for a light novel. There were a few little technical issues but nothing that detracted from the story. Quite an enjoyable read. I'm glad the ending wasn't all gloom and doom.
