Synopsis

In a world where faith is math, prayers are the only currency. To buy a house, you need 1 billion prayers to the God of Wealth. To cure a fever, you need 10,000 prayers to the God of Health. If you have Stage 4 Cancer, you must pay 5 billion.

Dev was born with nothing but bad luck. For 25 years, he lived in misery, unable to use a single prayer. On his 25th birthday, he discovers a terrifying truth: he was born with a negative balance. Someone borrowed billions of prayers in his name the moment he was born, leaving his soul in deep debt.

To survive, Dev discovers a forbidden loophole called the Divine Overdraft. He can borrow the prayers of any God like a loan, but he must pay back the interest, if he doesn't, he has to give up something physical or mental when is born again.

Now, Dev is the most powerful debtor in existence. He is robbing the Dead to pay the Living and borrowing from the Sun to fight the Moon.

Who spent his soul before he was even born?
