The powered has always had advantages over the unpowered, leading to a world of unfairness, especially when a powered ascended their supernatural skill to a realm beyond — to become an Ordained One. Incidents after incidents, The unfair world has led the unpowered to rally under a single banner, to overcome quality with quantity. With their overwhelming numbers, they manage to put the powered under their leash.

The banner became the world’s largest peace organisation, the ‘Sera-Domini-Princi Containment Foundation’ — the SCF. And the SCF sought to control any form of supernatural power, whatever it takes. Even if it means to take one’s human rights. Even if it means to take one life.
