When Leo was a child, he once encountered a silver-eyed girl at a park. That single moment of awe shaped his life, turning him into an artist obsessed with faces and eyes. Years later, drawing has become instinct, his fingers moving faster than his thoughts—yet his art feels incomplete, as if he’s searching for something he no longer remembers.

Lost in his sketchbook on the morning of his first day of high school, Leo collides with Yuki at the school gates. He can’t bring himself to answer her apology as she hands back his fallen sketchbook, her eyes lingering before she walks away. During the entrance ceremony, he searches the sea of faces for her without knowing why—until she is called forward as the top entrance exam scorer, and later, Leo discovers she is in his class.

As they both wonder about each other, somehow avoiding each other’s gazes, Leo may have to do what he’s avoided all along: stop drawing from memory, and finally face the one he’s been searching for.
