Minoru Onigashi and his twin sister Nanakou were born with this forbidden ability and ordered by their mother to keep it hidden.

Years later, a single mistake exposes them. They awaken inside a secret government facility disguised as an elite art school, home to The Canvas Project, a covert program that trains gifted artists as living weapons to maintain global order.
